joining the Gym




I have joined the gym again, but this time Hammer Gym. they have a very good equipment which help lot in the training, all the machine for the chest, back, shoulder, leg, biceps and triceps.

The first week i trained all my body to avoid problem's in future. this week i started to train 2 muscles each day.

Yesterday i trained chest and biceps.

To day am going to train back and triceps.

I will start my training at 5 pm.

Going to let you what i played for back.
