the food is one of the main important thing in the bodybuilders life. for the normal person it's three meals a day with snack in evening, but for the bodybuilders it's more than that. it could be 6 meals a day.
I am I person who works out and like to have a good body. I eat two meals a day i know its bad, but i cant do anything about it. because i start my lecture some time from 11:30 am and some times 1 pm finish my lectures at 4:30 pm. that's why i cant help about it.
If we talk about which sort or kind of , well the fast food are very bad for the high calories and the way it done etc,
the best food its home made with lots of vegetables , it better if you have lots food which contain proteins.
for example, in the chicken the best part is the chest , all sort of see food are good, and for the meet it should be fresh and in small size.
and while you train drink lots of water it helps.
